1.1. Main and auxiliary line threading


1.2. Fixed equipment

To fix the device, you first need to know the installation orientation and location of the device.

1.2.1. Equipment installation orientation and position

For the best results of the CG7 series, it must be installed as described below.
Antenna front : The side with the product trademark is specified as the antenna front.
Installation tips: "face to face, back to back".
The installation methods of 2-6 sticks are shown in the following table.

Note: If the installation direction of the last device needs to be adjusted (as opposed to the recommended installation direction in the table above), the transmitting and receiving lines of the device must be crossed simultaneously.
For the position of the receiving line and transmitting line, please refer to [Board Wiring].
After understanding the installation orientation and location of the device, you can start to fix the device.

Connect the power cable and the auxiliary line according to the figure below.

After connecting the line, power on, wait for 3 minutes to observe the device, and find out whether there is a false positive.

2. Power on debugging

2.1. False positive debugging

The cause of false alarms is generally that the alarm threshold is set too low. Just follow the picture below to debug.

If there is a false positive, it is recommended to set the threshold to (2,3), (3,3) or (2,4), and finally remember to press Reset to take effect.

2.2. False report debugging

If the threshold is not set properly due to false detection (the detection distance is not enough), you can set the threshold to (1,2), (1,1) or lower.
If it is caused by environmental interference, we must first look at the strength of the interference.


If the letter of the interference indication shows F; or the number shows greater than 3 and the threshold setting is lower than (2, 2), there are false negatives at this time, you can use automatic learning.

2.3. Automatic learning

Automatic learning Turn the switch to ON (two switches at the same time) to start the automatic learning mode immediately. The operation flow is shown in the figure below.
Note: After the auto-learning is completed, the switch should be kept ON, otherwise the auto-learning result will be abandoned.

If the result of automatic learning does not guarantee our detection distance, you can also use the strong interference suppression function.

2.4. Strong interference suppression

If auto-learning is turned on, turn auto-learning off first and turn it to the other side of ON.
The two strong interference suppression dial switches default to (1,1), if the interference is too large (the interference indicator appears F, or a number greater than 3). You can set the value of the strong interference suppression dial switch to (2, 2), (3, 3), or (4, 4). The larger the number, the stronger the interference suppression, and it will take effect immediately after dialing.
Note: The settings of the two DIP switches must be consistent.

If the results are not satisfactory, you can use the auto-learning function again or use the remote after-sales function.
