False alarm of the antenna of the anti-theft door at the supermarket entrance: No other electrical equipment is allowed on the antenna power supply line. Ask the electrician to check whether the main switch of the power distribution room is used with other electrical equipment. Look for electrical equipment within 2 meters of the antenna. (Such as lockers, money counters, punch cards, baby machines, freezers, rice cookers, etc., the lines of these devices cannot form a loop). Coiled coils are not allowed within 10 meters of the antenna, especially the network cable of the POS machine is not allowed to form a loop. If the cashier is repaired or not in use, the network cable should be straightened and placed. (Put it on a crane and straighten it as much as possible.) Terminal boards and 380V strong wires are not allowed within a short distance.
The cash register should not be too close to the antenna, otherwise it will cause false alarms. Check whether the antenna of the anti-theft door near the supermarket has a label on the product near the counter. Don't place the hard tags recovered at the cash register too close to the decoder. Hard tags should be stored in metal boxes whenever possible.
The antenna does not alarm: check whether the antenna is powered (whether the power switch is turned on or the plug is disconnected). Use a hard tag to test whether the antenna is alarming (because sometimes the test soft tag may be decoded; or the soft tag is damaged; or the soft tag is a metal packaged product. The antenna is not alarmed in this situation) . Check for large metal objects, such as lockers and freezers, within a short distance around the antenna. If necessary, move it away.
The decoder of the anti-theft door at the supermarket does not decode: the power is not turned on and the plug is not plugged in. The decoder power light is on but the decoder board does not decode: This phenomenon is generally caused by the artificial disconnection of the connection between the decoder and the decoder board under the cash register. Ask an electrician to turn off the power and then reconnect it.
